Returns and refunds

Effective for new purchases from October 23, 2026. This policy does not reduce rights or terms that applied to earlier purchases.

Please choose carefully: we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you change your mind, order the wrong size or no longer want an item. Ask us any product or compatibility questions before paying.

Damaged, faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, is the wrong item or does not match its description, contact customerservice@mansfieldsolutions.ca promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging help us investigate. Keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions.

We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund. Where a return is required for a confirmed problem caused by us or a faulty or misdescribed item, we will provide a prepaid label or agree the reasonable return-postage cost with you in advance. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address.

For an approved refund, we will refund the affected item and any applicable original shipping charge to the original payment method. We aim to issue approved refunds within 10 business days; your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. No restocking fee applies to these approved returns.

Orders awaiting dispatch

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or correct an order. We will confirm whether it can still be stopped; an order already dispatched cannot be recalled as a change-of-mind cancellation. Any cancellation right required by applicable law remains available.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer right, warranty, cancellation right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our change-of-mind policy does not prevent claims for damaged, faulty or misdescribed goods.
