Terms of service

Effective October 23, 2026 for new purchases. Mansfield Solutions operates this website from Ontario, Canada. These terms apply to use of our store and to new orders, together with the shipping, return/refund and privacy policies available on this website. They do not remove rights or terms that applied to an earlier purchase.

Products, prices and availability

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and the agreed shipping charge are shown in your order before payment. Product quantities, condition, dimensions and compatibility should be confirmed before purchase when relevant. Photos and screen colours may differ from the physical item. Please ask us if any detail is unclear.

Shipping quotes and orders

Current products require a shipping quote before payment. Send the product name, quantity and delivery postal code to customerservice@mansfieldsolutions.ca. We will confirm stock, the sale unit, packaging, shipping and the total charge before you decide to proceed. A cart or quote request alone does not reserve stock. We do not currently accept orders for delivery to the United States.

Please review your invoice, delivery address, item quantities and shipping details before paying. Payments must be received through the agreed payment method before dispatch. Do not email payment-card details. If an error in price or availability is discovered, we will contact you with a correction and your options before proceeding; if we cannot fulfill an already paid order, the affected payment will be refunded.

Delivery and international charges

Delivery services and estimated transit times are confirmed with your quote. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. For a supported international destination, duties, import taxes and clearance charges are included only when expressly listed as prepaid in your order; otherwise the recipient may be responsible for them. Returns and consumer rights

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Damaged, faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items are handled under our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

Using the website

Provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access other accounts, interfere with the service or misuse personal information. Website material may not be reproduced commercially without the rights holder’s permission. Third-party links are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy practices apply.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy policy explains personal-information handling. We may update these terms for future use and purchases by publishing a revised version. Changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order.
