Shipping policy

Shipping by quote from Canada

Mansfield Solutions ships from Ontario, Canada. Shipping for our current products is arranged by quote before payment. Email customerservice@mansfieldsolutions.ca with the product name, quantity and delivery postal code (and country for international inquiries). We will confirm availability, packaging and the shipping charge before you decide to proceed. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it or confirm a shipping price.

United States shipping temporarily suspended

We are not currently accepting orders for delivery to the United States because of the additional import tariffs and associated shipping requirements. U.S. shipping will remain unavailable until we review and announce its resumption.

Canadian and other international orders

Shipping quotes depend on the delivery address, packed weight and dimensions, service and any special handling needed. Shipping availability must be confirmed before payment. Unless duties or import taxes are expressly shown as collected in your order, they are not included in the shipping charge and may be payable by the recipient to customs or the carrier.

Delivery and support

Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather, service interruptions, customs or remote destinations. Tracking details are provided when a tracked shipment is dispatched. Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if it needs correction.

For shipping questions, delayed parcels, damage or an incorrect item, email customerservice@mansfieldsolutions.ca with your order number. For damaged items, please retain the packaging and provide photos so we can investigate.
